Young bloggers on the move in Zug

Public transport is cool. Public transport is the ideal means of transportation for young people in particular, allowing them to move around freely and independently. Two young bloggers from Zug report on their experiences traveling around the Zug region over the course of a year.

The Zug fare network is breaking new ground. Since January 2020, it has been working with two young bloggers from Zug – Sereina Wipfli (18) from Cham and Joel Luchs (23) from Steinhausen. Sereina is a cantonal school student. In her free time, she attends events in the Zug region and is interested in art. She has been successfully maintaining an Instagram account for some time. Joel is a structural engineer. His passion is photography, which he pursues using his two drones. He is also very active on social media.

Sereina and Joel usually travel by public transport. For the Zug fare network, the two will be reporting for a year on large and small festivals in the region – and, of course, on their journeys there by train and bus, true to the motto: travel by public transport, enjoy the festival, and return home carefree. Because public transport gives you freedom and independence.

New Instagram account @wirbewegenzug

Young bloggers Sereina and Joel report via Instagram. @wirbewegenzug offers them the ideal platform. The new account was created by the Zug fare network, Zugerland Verkehrsbetriebe AG, and its partner companies. Beautiful pictures and videos inspire the population with great ideas for excursions in the region. The new channel appeals in particular to the younger generation and those who are young at heart.
